iPhone 14 Pro — Apple’s expected successor to its flagship iPhone 13 Pro smartphone — could be provided with up to 8GB of RAM, according to a new report. The company’s high-end smartphones are tilted to feature the same amount of RAM as the recently launched Samsung Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ smartphones as well as other mid-range Android phones. The iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro at present recommend 6GB of RAM. Apple is yet to show any information, with specifications, of the rumoured iPhone 14 series.
According to a post by user ‘yeux1122′ on the Naver blog (in Korean), the Cupertino company’s rumoured iPhone 14 Pro models will come up with 8GB of RAM, greater than its predecessor the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, as well as the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max that was launched in 2020. The elements are already confirmed with companies involved, according to the post, which cites a local supply chain source.
