There is no rank of SEPOY. Salary of SEPOY based on BPS 5.
NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICER
- Lance Naik
It is the lowest rank in Pak army, in this SEPOY promote into lance Naik. The salary scale of lance Naik is BPS 6.
2. NAIK,
When lance Naik was promoted into Naik. Its salary scale is BPS 8
A Naik has 10 SEPOYS under his commons.
3. HAVALDAR,
When Naik is promoted into HAVALDAR, its salary scale is BPS 8
JUNIOR COMMISSIONED OFFICER
JCOs Nab Subader is promoted from senior Haveldar .it is a junior Commissioned officer. The basic salary scale is BPS 14.
SUBEDAR,
It is promoted from naib SUBEDAR. The salary scale is BPS 15.
SUBEDAR Major,
The salary scale is BPS 17.
COMMISSIONED OFFICER
2nd Lieutenant,
The salary scale of 2nd lieutenant is BPS 17.
CAPTAIN.,
The salary scale of the captain is BPS 17.
MAJOR,
The salary scale of major is BPS 18
LIEUTENANT COLONEL,
The salary scale of lieutenant colonel is BPS 18.
COLONIAL,
The salary scale of the colonel is BPS 19.
BRIGADIAR,
Salary scale of brigadier is BPS 20.
MAJOR GENERAL,
It has three brigadiers.

General is a high rank in Pakistan army.
FIELD MARSHAL,
It is high rank than general.
In Pakistan, only one person achieves this rank FIELD-MARSHAL general AYUB KHAN
